We are hired part-time as a C-level advisor to provide strategic advice, expertise and leadership on a fractional basis.
Under this model, you get a highly-experienced Chief Product Officer who works with your organization as a consultant to provide seasoned executive-level management of your product strategy and product execution.
Usually, this position reports directly to the CEO and works closely and collaboratively with the executive team and development organization. It’s a part-time position (this is where the word fractional comes from) focusing on your highest priority initiatives and tasked with producing full-time results.
This gives your organization access to expert guidance and support without the commitment of a full-time executive.
For selective engagements, we join your organization as C-Suite executive for a fixed period of time and take full responsibility for the product development functions which include team management, roadmap generation, delivery against OKRs, day-to-day operations, decision-making, team hiring & upskilling among many other responsibilities typically held by a full time CPO.
